This notice covers information collected through the RTDA website. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request.

How information is handled

Enquiries are sent by email to RTDA. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Technical information, such as your IP address and pages requested, may be processed for delivery and security. Service providers may process information outside Australia.

A private copy of each website enquiry is stored with our hosting provider before email delivery, to help RTDA recover enquiries if email delivery fails.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, including pages viewed and technical information about the browser and device. We do not add the information you enter in enquiry fields to analytics events. Google may process this information outside Australia.
